My score for my Social Readjustment Rating scale was 221, which indicated that I was at moderate stress level. It stated with a 51% chance of stress related illness in the near future. My score does concern me a bit. I only say a bit because I don't think there is anything that I could do about it but accept it, or maybe manage it a little better than before. I feel like some situations in life you can't avoid and some you can. Majority of my indicators were unavoidable. I had to get another vehicle because the one that I had had gotten extensive amount of hail damage to it. This forced me to get another vehicle or I wouldn't be able to get to work or take my kids to where they needed to go. So I had taken out an auto loan for the
