In this quote Prince is referring to the batteries on our cellphones, on a video that could change your whole perspective on social networking. Social networking is a huge downside to the internet, however we are fortunate the the internet is full of many great things. Although people spend more than four years of their lifetime on the internet i do not believe online time should be limited for teens, however the content that the view should. The internet is not such a bad place considering that is could be used for lots of beneficial things like educational, communicational, and it can also help teens be self confident and happy

“As teens meet new friends on gaming websites, social networking sites and chat groups, they will learn to deal with and (hopefully) respect their differences.” (source 2).I totally agree with this piece of information. Teens will learn to respect others even though they have no clue on what the other person looks like. On the online world of gaming teens will learn to make friends based on the personalities and the vibes that others give off instead of how they look. I agree and understand that if teens spend long periods of time on the internet the are more susceptible to encounter cyberbullies and sexual predators, however limiting the time they spend on the internet will not solve the problem. The only good way to solve this problem is to manage what teens do while they are on the internet. The internet and social networking is like the real world, we chose who we surround ourselves with and we make our own choices.
