We should inspire more kids like you to like science. It’s what makes America great.” Mark Zuckerberg, the creator of FaceBook, along with many famous figures reached out to Ahmed (Fantz and Stapleton 1). This world event has not personally affected me but it has influenced me. It has shown me that I have to work harder than most to acquire what I want in life. Racial discrimination is an enormous problem in the United States. I personally have experienced this problem. At one point in my life, my heart was set on becoming a pilot.
