To improve the use of social media Mano Abbot must first find an employee who is able to handle these tasks. They can do this by hiring from within the company's marketing department or hiring an outside firm to take care of the social media pages. The next step would be to create company pages on all the social media accounts they would like to use such as facebook and youtube. Once they have successfully done so the next step would be to invite their current clients to follow those pages and new customers by offering incentives such as discounts and coupons.
Manco Abbott’s use of social media must be a healthy combination of business inquires and more personal, open-ended posts. The majority of posts should be geared towards friendly reminders of events happening within a particular community and opportunities to suggest improvements for a particular community.
