The major thing that social media has allowed businesses to do is promote their business and increase communication opportunities. The result of businesses using social media has been very successful. The use of social media has saved businesses time and money. It gave the companies an opportunity to create relations with their customers (Gordhamer). Being able to create good relations with customers has benefit businesses.
