1. Boa’s current strategy in almost all of its product markets focuses on building and maintaining relationships with its more than100 premium brand partners. Boa carefully cultivates long I term partnerships with a select group of brand partners Also, In the U.S. market; marketing resources were allocated about 90% toward brand partners and 10% toward retailers.

Therefore, our recommendations are also focused on increasing B2B sales and leads with more focus on customer product categories of Cycling shoes, Utility and Safety shoes and Athletic shoes because there is great opportunity for BOA in these closures if it can increase its B2B sales and leads

Promotion by prizes

One of the easiest ways to build up grassroots consumer interest in the product to create a grass-root campaign that offers prizes and some awards to people who spread word of mouth by telling their friends about the product or promotion. To promote BOA cycling shoes a marketing campaign for promotion can be created that will allow BOA to reach out public and will allow gathering the attention towards the products and some prizes give away to those who spread the word of quality and speciality of the product will then attract the attention of masses and consumers to buy the product from BOA.

2. Social Marketing
There is high possibility of attracting online customers via social media marketing which is very low in terms of cost. BOA can use social media such as Facebook to create product pages and promote the product on the page. Visitors can then see the product and post their reviews and opinions and get to know about the features of the products and schemes included with the products. A Single good review of the product by a customer creates a big word of mouth and helps in building the brand in eyes of other customers who hear those good
