In addition to the evaluation of established training objectives, “equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, sexual harassment, and related training regulated legislation and legal requirements” regarding specific types of training need to be evaluated to ensure compliance. (Blanchard & Thacker, pg. 13) The results of these evaluations should be reviewed and used to improve training plans, facilities, programs, materials, and procedures moving forward to support effective training and follow up.
