The emphasis on social justice in all of my TLC classes has taught me a new level of tolerance and understanding for others. I now know how incredibly wrong it is to judge someone based off of socioeconomic class, race, ability, sexuality, etc. But, I also know that everyone, whether it be subconsciously or not, has been guilty of judging or discriminating against someone at some point in their life, and most everyone will be guilty of it many times more. It is inevitable. We are socialized human beings and these judgment traits have been taught to us over the span of our lives.
