The transition to social conflict framework which states that it is a framework that sees society as an arena of inequality that generates conflict and change. I have analyzed the workplace by inspecting it from a micro-level orientation which required me to observe certain people whom I interacted with the most. In addition to that also observe how they all interact with each other and the symbolism behind their interactions. Furthermore I researched the workplace on a macro-level orientation by seeking secondary analysis and inspecting the work of other researchers to better understand the system that my workplace holds. Moreover I began to inspect the structural functionalism of my workplace such as its manifest functions, latent functions, and social dysfunctions.
