I have analyzed the workplace by inspecting it from a micro-level orientation which required me to observe certain people whom I interacted with the most. In addition to that also observe how they all interact with each other and the symbolism behind their interactions. Furthermore I researched the workplace on a macro-level orientation by seeking secondary analysis and inspecting the work of other researchers to better understand the system that my workplace holds. Moreover I began to inspect the structural functionalism of my workplace such as its manifest functions, latent functions, and social dysfunctions. As well as how the social framework is constructed by noticing the detriments and applying change to better the
