The video was all about an experiment on how appearance affects the society. A little girl named Anona was the subject for this social experiment. In the first try, Anona was dressed nicely and was approached by people, wanting to help her. Aside from putting on decent clothes, she changed into another attire that made her face and clothes full of filth. She wandered around, noticing if some person would help her but no one even showed concern nor come near her. The same scenarios were conducted again but performed in a different place, in a restaurant. Whether the clothes of the kid was decent or not, the responses still remained the same. The short clip of the experiment really shows that appearance can affect the communication process.
