This suggests though the personal characteristics increase the risk of developing dementia, sometimes the attitude, knowledge and quality of the care determine the risk of dementia. For example: if a patient is happy with the care and treatment of the physician then the recovery phase is quick. Similarly, if the behavior of care provider is rude and do not communicate properly with the person then he might feel unsatisfied and may develop depression. Furthermore, inadequate knowledge of care provider may increase the risk. So, in this new policy, the staff training program is mentioned in order to achieve success and decrease the rate of dementia.
Positive and negative aspect of the social engagement is the important factor to promote the cognitive abilities of the person (Seeman et al., 2010, ppi150).
