My number one strength was an achiever. An achiever is best characterized as a person who is talented in having a great deal of stamina, great work ethic, and takes satisfaction in being productive. This displays me perfectly because I am always out working on something, I hate being unproductive and lazy. I would rather study all day then just lay in bed and watch television. My second strength was input. Input defines a person that has a need to collect and archive ideas, history, or even relationships. This strength demonstrates how I can easily listen to several stories about an event or affair that happened and take out the important information that can help me understand what actually happened. My third strength was competition. This strength absolutely surprised me that it was my third and not my first or second strength. Competition describes a person that measures their progress against the performance of others. I make every miniscule to grand thing a competition, and I know sometimes that it can become a weakness and very unhealthy. Personally, I think making everything a competition makes a great motivation for a person even if you are competing with yourself. My fourth was an activator and it is when a person can make things happen by turning thoughts into action. I really dislike second guessing myself, typically when I make a decision I would like to get the task done before I start or even think of another. My last strength is Ideation. It depicts a person that can find connections between seemingly disparate phenomena and it is when people are fascinated by ideas. I appreciate new ideas incredibly, and usually cannot wait to start on them and finish in a timely manner.
