I would even call it a burden, a monster, our own inner demon. It feeds on everything negative in life, making it the only thing we focus on. When we become sad, we become depressed. That 450 million people are suffering from depression, that 3 out of 5 people who experience social anxiety is at risk of undergoing depression. Depression is the feeling of being sad, lonely, and scared everything that anxiety has set upon us. I guess that's why the acronym for social anxiety disorder is SAD. It took some time to know what was happening and why I would feel like I would in certain situations. The moment when I realized that something was different about me was when i walked into that classroom the very first day and my hair in pigtails and that navy blue dress. A smile plastered across my face, I was happy, I was excited to explore this new world. And when I got in there the smile began to fade and my eyes began to leak. The new faces, the new voices, and the new woman who told me where I had to sit. She told us to say our name and our favorite
