Millions of passionate fans follow two ball sports, Soccer is a worldwide game but Football is mainly an American sport. Most people argue about soccer and football and in most people's eyes soccer is graceful and a gentlemen game and football is a beastly game. In every culture and society there are many things in common and many different, but there is one thing that connect us all together, which is sports. Although Soccer and Football have a few similarities, but they are extremely different in the way they are played. Soccer is a game that player learn everything about their life with a ball in their feet. Soccer have different position, soccer has a goalkeeper. Football have some similarity with soccer but are extremely different. Football players have different position. Backs may have the toughest job on the football field because they have to not only know every play like a quarterback, but also make physical contact on virtually every down. Another position is receiver, whose role is an offensive position in American football, and is the key player in most of the passing plays. Another position which is similar to soccer is defense. The objective of the defensive team is to prevent the other team from scoring. Football players have many skills. In football, the offense is the side which is in possession of the ball. It is their job to advance the ball towards the opponent's end zone to score points. Another very difficult skill is to catch ball. While running and your teammate pass the ball and you have to catch before the other team gets it from you. Another skill that football have is Rushing Downfield. Skills needed for rushing include an ability to anticipate the moves of opposing team members and the skill to make quick, lateral adjustments to avoid opposing players. American football has 3-6 referee and they have the same role as soccer to take fouls and control the game. Football players are been led by their coach.
