What are the fitness trainings that best improve professional soccer players? Cardiovascular fitness is the ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen-rich blood to the working muscle tissue and the ability of the muscles to use oxygen to produce energy for movement. Agility is the ability to be quick and explode during sprints. Strong core includes components of balance, stability, abdominal, and lower back. There are several new and different techniques that are being introduce to soccer players. Soccer players need the most effective training drills to improve everyday. In this world different types of training are being introduced to different countries to improve soccer players, the main fitness trainings in America to develop a great soccer player are cardiovascular fitness, agility, and a strong core.

“Score One for Soccer” by Lisa M Wolfe shows you the different types of workouts for soccer players.It informs us that 2-3 hours a week of soccer burn more fat, builds more muscle, and great weight loss. The first thing the show focus on is to get in shape. An example or workout would be to stand in the middle of the field without the ball and at someones command they should shuffle forward, backwards, or sideways. This will help you during a game to change direction fast. Another thing to focus on is the lower body strength and balance. A workout for that would be the drop jump which is to stand on a stair and jump land followed by a squat do from eight to ten reps. Last is to focus on upper body strength.
