Soccer is a sport played all around the world.And with the sport comes the diversity of the players, fans, and managers themselves. However, there has been noticeable differences in the managers themselves over the recent years. Many have distinct styles of which can be classified in several groups.
A rather common classification is composed of the wealthy managers. One of such would consider a suit and tie. These managers employ the idea of looking presentable and intimidating for the opposition. The appearance gives others the impression that the manager “means business.” Because of this, other teams are eager negotiate player deals with this manager. The job to him would be taken very serious with much scrutiny on the players to perform.

Managers similar to this have close bonds with players. He makes sure that the chemistry of players is up to par and the moral is high. Additionally, the managers wear the coaching jackets and the sweats. He is also vocal, but likes to show his instruction through playing with the team. The goal for these managers is to develop players before looking for talent.
In a game, managers with a relaxed style are often sitting down at the start. He may even be conversing with some of the players. The manager is confident in the lineup prior to the start of the game. As a result, he puts responsibility on the substitutes to change the outcome of the game if it is not in his favor.
A third managerial style can even be classified. This style is typically among the most experienced in the sport. Managers of this style have coached for more than seven years. Most have spent years and money on a winning program and can almost sleep when on the field. Many of these managers get away with the business casual wear of t-shirts and slacks. The players are much experienced with vocal leaders in several positions. This makes giving direction and coaching virtually unnecessary for the manager. During the game, managers of this style are seen as looking quite humble. However, he is quick to put a player in check when out of line in any way. He imposes strict rules to insure that the successful club will never lose its sting. As a result, this managerial style is one of the most desired of top name
