The most popular sport in the world is fútbol, also known as soccer. Soccer has an estimated 3.5 million fans. The regions where soccer is most popular are Europe, Africa, Asia, and America. Some reasons why soccer is the most played sport in the world are because soccer is cheap, the game soccer is just plain simple, and soccer is fun!
I am very passionate about soccer. Soccer is a global sport. We have people from Chicago root for Real Madrid. There is a worldwide event called FIFA World Cup and every year a country hosts the tournament. This year it is hosted in India on October 6, 2017 to October 28, 2017.
