I live in a small farm town called Alton, it has a population of around 120 people, the cows, however, have a higher population I’m sure. The community is very friendly and welcoming. They are good people and strong in their religion. Growing up where I did has had a very strong and important impact on me. Because of this I know how to work hard and pray hard. I am able to fend for myself if I need to, and one of these days, not long from now, I will need to. The way people are raised around here is ‘old fashioned’ as some may call it. Most parents don’t let their children stay indoors all day during the summer, they make their children go outside and do their chores or play, it is unlike the modern world where children stay inside all day
