Jimmy illustrates every accusation that is said, and he creates a mockery of it by emphasizing certain points. People say foreigners are coming in and taking jobs away, but the truth is they are not, they are not threatening anyone, immigrants are taking the jobs that are available and most often they are labor intensive and do not get paid well. Baca makes a mockery of this accusation and responds; “O Yes? Do they come on horses with rifles, and say, Ese Gringo, gimme your job?” (Baca 1-3).
