Nobody is perfect Raheem is a poor kid when it comes to a relationship. If he sees a girl and likes her, he has to treat her with respect and not play around with her feelings. He also shouldn’t kiss other girls that are not his girlfriend. He needs to be respectful to other girls, and stop cheating on them for other girls. Every time a girl passes by Raheem, he scratches his nose and his eyes follow the girl that pass beside him and his girlfriend is in front of him. We males have to have a pleasant relationship. In “so I ain’t no good girl”, Raheem has a girlfriend and he constantly notices at girls passing by him and he cheats on her.

The way that the author, Sharon Flake, develops Raheem in the story shows how ugly of a person he is because Raheem is a jerk with his girls. Raheem can’t be in a relationship because he’s going to end up breaking his girlfriend’s heart. If the author would have written Raheem as a nice and loyal guy the story would have been much better.
