Snowball And Napoleon Character Analysis

In this reflective piece, my intention is to compare and contrast the current soccer coaches of Wodonga Heart’s Under 16’s team to the main leaders in Animal Farm, Snowball and Napoleon. By using my reading and interpretation of the text, I have decided to compare Snowball and Napoleon’s leadership traits and explore how both of the coaches compare and contrast from both of the characters. The piece is written as a formal, descriptive comparison to show how even normal everyday people can be compared and contrasted to characters in a fictional novel who are based on real world events and people.

I have only been playing soccer for a season, but during that time I have had 3 different coaches. My current coaches, Aaron and Matt are good coaches who do their best to shape us with good sportsmanship skills and to play the game to have fun first before worrying about winning games. As well as training our sportsmanship skills they do their best to improve our soccer and overall fitness skills with constant fitness and soccer drills to hone and build up all of our soccer skills. …show more content…
Apart from being taller than matt, Aaron puts his heart into training us and tries to use his skills and knowledge from the game and from training in the senior team. He’s a quiet person and keeps to himself most of the time, and has a good ability to build a positive relationship with the team and the players. He encourages us to play and work ourselves to the best of our ability, he gets us to try new playing positions and playing styles, and pushes us to play, work and think like a team and put our cooperation and skills before the game and the outcome of games. Like Snowball’s plan for the windmill, Aaron has had different plans and ideas on how to work the team and the way we play, but some have fallen through or been altered, in a way similar to Snowball’s execution of the windmill plan and his multiple animal
