It is the best thing to do since most of their problem is all from their agents that are not loyal to them. If they will have an exclusive agent they could solve their issues at once. These changes could probably add an expense within the Snow White Company’s distribution but still it would be very beneficial for the Snow White Company.
If the Snow White Company could have their own agents they could solve their issues in an instance because having exclusive agents is all they need to solve their issues and rather than solving their issues it could give extra benefits for the Snow White Company such as improving the company and even gain more clients or customers.
Advantages of having an exclusive agent:
• Loyal agent that would not carry any other company’s product. This is very beneficial for Snow White Company because they won’t have to compete with any other company product especially if it sells the same product.
• An agent that would be able to give their customers satisfaction and good service. That could give Snow White Company regular and loyal customers.
• Loyal agents could hear the customer’s feedback and suggestions about the product and immediately report to Snow white Company for them to do some changes or improvements about their

Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm was popularly known as the “Grimms Brothers”, were characterized as one of the most dramatic writers in the 19th century. They were categorized by their short, simple sentences, colloquial language, and their well-organized approach to craft writings. Their writing was entitled Little Snow White, it was released in 1937 and it was about Snow White, a princess who falls into a deep, death-like rest after taking a bite from a poisoned apple. My impression about this narrative was an innocent little girl who had her step-mother hating her because of her beauty and kind-heart. The Little Snow-White by the Grimms Brothers is a fairy tale that reveals the goodness and the beauty of a little princess who is loved by all, however,…

Related diversification “involves diversifying into businesses whose value chains possess competitively valuable ‘strategic fits’ with value chain(s) of [a] firm’s present business(es)” (Geiger, 2004). Strategic fits occurs when value chain activities of diverse businesses are similar to current opportunities for cross-business sharing or transmitting of the resources and capabilities that facilitate these activities (Thompson et al., 2016, p. 217). Disney utilizes this strategy with its numerous businesses organized into its five divisions of its business units (BUs): media networks, parks and resorts, studio entertainment, consumer products, and interactive media,…

The principals delegate their decision making powers to the agents who represent the principals.
