We will equally divide the shoveling in half by determining where people will be shoveling and when they will shovel depending on when they're available to so. In most cases will not be shoveling together as a group but individually finding where we can shovel. We feel that it would be too hard to organize us to meet up at a property when we can individually do so and at the end of each week bring all the money together. We are trusting that all employee put the money in an envelope or sealed bag and leaves it alone until we can deal with the money and pay everyone at the end of the
