SNC gave a very detailed and thorough five paragraph order. SNC also did a very good job ensuring each fire team member was clear on their role in the mission. He also informed his team of his expectations upon attack. SNC did lack some confidence in his body posture, because he was fidgeting around as he was conducting his brief. Once SNC began the execution phase he was able to manage his fire team pretty effectively until the point of contact. Once SNC began to receive contact he was not always able to maintain awareness on the obvious location of the enemy. SNC also became very distracted by weapon malfunctions in his fire team and they all completely stop suppressing fire and became too engaged in fixing the jam. SNC failed to maintain
