SNC candidate did not brief all portions of her five paragraph order clear and concise. The situation paragraph did not articulate some of the information given to her such as what type of weapon systems the enemy is carrying and how many. SNC did not articulate the mission accurately and it showed in the failed execution of the mission. SNC overall brief just lacked information that could have aided in the success of her mission completion. SNC did not assign a role to each candidate such as the ready being the navigation, instead she chose to be the navigation. During her execution of the mission she managed her team well.
