SNC issued a complete five paragraph order and insured all subordinates understood the mission. SNC used a high tone voice which signified that SNC was confident. The content of the order made sense And SNC developed an initial plan prior to starting the execution. SNC had to make adjustments immediately at the start of the mission. SNC received feedback from his fire team, using their ideas to formulate another plan. SNC failed to make a quick decision at the point of friction, causing his fire team to argue and point blame at each other. SNC made sure to communicate throughout the rest of execution phase, consistently showing concerns about the fire teams moral and welfare. SNC did address security in his brief. SNC provided assistance
