Candidate Dreylick proved that he did not have a full understanding of the five paragraph order. SNC’s brief was lacking confidence, as he started the brief then stopped and said “reset” then started the brief again. During the orientation of the brief SNC stated that the enemy was present, and then in the situation SNC only stated the friendly forces. From that point forward the rest of the brief was not presented in a manner that made sense and was difficult to follow. The initial plan that was briefed was vague and no direction was provided to each member of the team. SNC did not effectively utilize his subordinates as the team members stood around while SNC tried to do most of the work by himself. SNC demonstrated the ability to make adjustments
