SNC posted security for his brief. SNC’s brief was quiet and he did not speak with confidence, taking frequent pauses and seeming unsure of the information he was briefing at times. However, he had an initial plan and was able to get the message across to his team-members. He did not brief a full succession of command, only designating one candidate to take over if he was taken out of the fight. Following his brief, his transition into execution was slow and he did not move his team with a sense of urgency. Upon enemy contact, SNC transitioned to buddy rushes but became too focused on the enemy, and lost situational awareness of his team.
