SN Quaintance demonstrated competence in many areas of his duties in SECNY UPH. SN Quaintance managed new challenges with a high level of flexibility in changing conditions. SN Quaintance maintained a high degree of effectiveness while he undertaking all the responsibilities as a main procurement officer for UPH MAA supplies during the last six months. He quickly learned all policies and procedures to maintain a zero discrepancy operation while he purchased $20k. Also SN Quaintance adapted with a positive attitude when he was tasked with numerous color guard events including national televised sporting events and as a part of the weekend funeral team. His efforts resulted in professional representation of the Coast Guard within the community
