I do agree with the outcome of the Smyth vs Pillsbury Company case. If Smyth had used his own personal email, rather than the company's email, the story most likely would have turne out differently. But because he used a professional company email, where there was no where stated in the policy that privcy would be given, it seemed obvious to me
