SSgt Williams displays strong leadership traits. She is dependable, loyal, and selfless and above all she is knowledgeable in her MOS. She inspires distinguish performance from her Marines and peers. She consistently executed the weighty responsibilities of chief supply instructor with fervor, determination, and overall superb success - very talented Marine SNCO. Her tremendous initiative has made her a force multiplier in the MEF; she led multiple mobile training teams to instruct Marines in Hawaii and Iwukuni. SSgt Williams relates extraordinarily well to subordinates and brings out the best in them, a quality rarely observed for a Marine in that grade. Promote and retain with peers.
