“Hey John, want a cigarette?” “No thanks man, I’m good.” What would u have said in this situation? Would you have taken the cigarette from your friend and had a smoke with him? Well, that is usually how a smoking addiction starts. You think that it is ok to smoke every once in a while with your friends but after a few times your body starts to crave it and know u find yourself smoking by yourself and you realize that it’s not as much fun anymore. This happens a lot people start out that it is a social thing and that you only smoke with friends but after time they find themselves smoking a pack a day. This not only has a toll on your wallet because cigarettes aren’t cheap but you also are putting a toll on your body.
