The real estate company is Smokin’ Gators Property Management, Inc. The company will influence its competitive advantage, market segmentation strategy and our focus strategy by achieving the vision with the common goal of all affiliates and strategic team of professionals.
I am hoping that will the aid of utilizing the five approaches will benefit my business from the initial beginning. The five approaches are cost position, clients, the industry structure, profitability in my area, competitions morals, and the diversity of where we stand compared to our competitors. By analyzing each of these approaches to the fullest I believe that I will be able to adjust my plans according to the best format that will allow us to outshine the competitors.
