1. SMART Goals is an acronym that require the following four criteria; specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. This theory states that if you use these four criteria in setting up your goal there will be a better chance of achieving it. I specific goal is a good way to make sure no one including your self is confused about what is expected. Having your goal be measurable helps make sure you’re not frustrated by lack of results. Attainability and being realistic go hand in hand to prevent you from getting in over your head. Having a timely goal provides protection against long draw out possesses that frustrate everyone involved.
