Smart Goal Reflection

Great Essays
I learned how to set a SMART goal (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time)

I learned that to build up/improve your muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and cardiorespiratory efficiency you need to practice and workout regularly

I learned that when you set achievable goals for yourself, you start to show improvement

I learned how to look at my failures and figure out what went wrong, then learn from them and apply a different technique (figuring out different approaches to increasing my flexibility like stretching/yoga)

I learned not to set too many goals all at once, instead I set a few goals and easily achieved them

Influence The right or wrong words that we hear in specific situations, from people who we love, when we are growing up, can be an important influence on the way we see the world. I feel graceful for all the people that I have met, because one way or another they are part of my life.
