When you are constantly moving, studying, or running through a campus in pursuit of education at a moments notice you find yourself exhausted unable to think. In my personal experience, I have known the sudden sluggishness of sleep deprivation. Suddenly unable to think, or perform basic tasks such as, recalling a lecture from a professor. Or even being able to hold a pencil. For a student, exhaustion can be a death sentence or worse an automatic fail.
With the stress of homework, early morning classes, essays, tests, etc. I often found myself listless, or feeling rather
