Slinky Research Paper

This refers to a pre compressed helical spring invented by Richard James in the early 1940s it is a toy that performs many tricks including traveling down a flight of stairs with only one starting off push. The slinky relates to my experiment because a slinky is the main/key part of the experiment because without the slinky this experiment can not be performed.

to do this experiment,one should be also be familiar with distance. Distance means the measurement of how much something will travel and has traveled also how far away two people/things are from each other. An example is that you want to go somewhere and it's 1 mile away and one mile is the distance between point A (your home) and point B (your destination) a G.P.S
