His personality was one that stayed constant throughout the movie. Sleepy had a low level of neuroticism. He was emotionally resilient, probably due to his constant state of being tired. Sleepy did not let much affect him in the movie, especially when Snow White started living with them. He also showed a high level of conscientiousness. When Snow White was home alone and the Evil Queen gave her the poison apple the animals went to get help from the dwarfs, they knew something was wrong. The animals raced to them and tried to get the seven to follow them home. Sleepy was the one who realized the animals were bothering them in order for them to help Snow White. Sneezy’s personality was another constant throughout the movie. He has a strong personality trait of agreeableness. When Snow White was in their house he mostly followed his brothers because he trusts them. As the dwarfs get to know Snow White it gets easier to see that sneezy is also an introvert. Sneezy was pretty shy, most likely due to how much he sneezes and how they were always interrupting his conversations, but he was also very friendly. Snow White and Sneezy got along fairly quickly, but was still shy when he talked directly to Snow

Trait theorists focus on the measurement of traits and believe that to better understand personality we should focus on an individual’s traits and characteristic behaviour(Saul Kassin,; 2003). Using the five-factor model of personality, trait theorists can develop different kinds of questionnaires, such as the NEO Personality Inventory, to measure a person’s personality traits (Costa, P.T. Jr. and McCrae, R.R, 1992). With this data, researchers can describe a person’s personality using the 5 global factors of the five-factor model. The five-factor model helps trait theorists identify characteristics that individuals possess and to the extent of which they are present (Matthews, Gerald; Deary, Ian J.; Whiteman, Martha C, 2003). When examining the big five personality traits it is important to know that each of these traits is what makes up a person 's personality. The first characteristic is extraversion. This is the individual’s comfort of other people and how they interact around them. In my opinion, this trait is the one that sticks out the most out of them all because in order to succeed in life you must know how to deal with other people and manage them because you can always change yourself, not other people. Business cannot be conducted without relationships with other people and knowing how to interact and be sociable.…
