After the distribution of tasks to each and every members, the leader who just let them work independently on the specific task will increase the risk for facing the problem of “sleeping members”. At this moment, they will just simply complete their tasks by copy and paste from the internet or sample assignment and then hand in to the leader for checking and organising purpose. Generally, they will not present at any group meeting and discussion by telling various inappropriate reasons. Although they know what the tasks they need to complete, they will never work for it.
