After a tough day of school of work we want to sleep, some of us want to sleep for a long time and even at night we want to sleep for a long time but can that be bad for the brain? Yes. There are a lot of people in the U.S.A that lack sleep, but there are more people that are oversleeping. Recently researchers study people in their 60s and 70s how to sleep nine hours or more every night, the more rapid decline in their cognitive function than those who sleep six to eight hour a night. Surprisingly, the so-called long sleepers (nine hours or more) comprised a large portion (40 percent) of the 2,700 study participants. First, what is the sleep disorder, a sleeping disorder or somnipathy, is a medical disorder of the sleep patterns of a person or animal. Some sleep disorders are serious enough to interfere with normal physical, mental, social and emotional functioning. So can it affect the human body? Yes. Sleeping disorders can affect the body in many ways. If you are not getting adequate sleep, you may feel very tired during the day. You may also feel irritable, have trouble concentrating or remembering things, and get headaches. Sleep disorders can also cause stress and anxiety, and can even lead to a weakened immune system, which may lead to illness. So sleeping disorders can affect the human body in a lot of ways so be
