These new findings have once agin shown how important sleep is. When I first read this article in class we were learning about Sleep and its importance and hence it was easy for me to relate with it. After reading this article I strongly agree with the researchers conclusion. Sleep is a very important part of our daily lives and without it a lot of problems can arise. During the night, sleep cycles play a role in oraginizing what we have learnt, send , smelled, felt , etc and lack of sleep hurts these cognitive processes in many ways. However correlation does not mean causation and there can be many other reasons as to why concentration went down during the tests. ( example lack of exercise, depression, etc.)
