Sleep Deprivation: Often Hidden Problem In Working Adults

No matter what age level you play on, younger or adult leagues, you are constantly constantly increasing competitive levels. Other things that are constantly being increased are professionalism and training because lets face it, for some athletes, they want to go pro and with that comes REST. No matter what you play, "congestion within your sport" always takes place and "athlete rest and recovery is compromised" (Taylor) as something that is necessary for athlete to remain at a strong and healthy pace.

"Sleep deprivation is an often hidden problem in working adults" (Loft). What adults dont realize is the less sleep they get because they put their families and work first, the more they get use to no sleeping which is very unhelthy. With
