My dad had sleep deprivation, he started to work nights at the age of 23 and stopped at the age of 47. His work shift was 11:00pm to 7:00am 7 days a week. He would sleep during the day from when he got home to 4:00pm and work during the night. My dad got laid off from his job a couple years a go. The first few months from not working nights was very difficult for him to fall asleep at night. His body was immune to being awake during the night and asleep during the day. At night, he usually falls asleep while watching television and wakes up around 1:00am to go upstairs in his bed. It takes him about an hour or so for him to fall asleep. Every morning he wakes up around 4:30am he tries to go back asleep but his body doesn’t let him so he just lays down in
