1. I would generally say that I sleep well. On a normal day, I sleep about 8 hours, which is enough for a teenager/adult (American Sleep Association. (2017). Sleep hygiene. However, I often feel like I would need an hour more to really be well-rested and not get tired during the day. Since I was little, I always needed a little bit more sleep than everyone else, and I think that hasn’t changed. But, during the school week I usually don’t get more than 8 hours, which is fine, because I feel like I have a very good sleep so that I am not too tired the next. I sometimes take naps in the afternoon, but they don’t really effect how I sleep at night, at least …show more content…
The aspects in which I differ from my age group are mainly that I don’t drink as many caffeinated beverages during the day, maybe every now and then, but I am definitely lower than my age groups average, which is 3.1 beverages a day (National Sleep Foundation.
