Why would college students have sleep deprivation? Well there are many causes as to why college students are more exposed to sleep deprivation. Many students sacrifice sleep in order to accommodate for other priorities in their life. Either if students voluntary or involuntary lack acceptable amounts of sleep, they are still prone to acquire this condition. College students who are deprived of their sleep all show common causes of this condition. Sleep deprivation can appear from poor sleep behaviors. These behaviors can result from not having a regular sleep schedule, noisy sleeping environment, and the use of caffeine throughout the day.
