They affect you physically by changing body temperature, function of your own body,… Mentally, a lot of diseases are also connected and depended on circadian rhythms like bipolar, depression,… So we ought to maintain it normally and not break it constantly. Many people now due to the stress and work from social life and personal life get sleep disorder. Their sleep schedule get shorten too much and interfered too many times. Common forms of sleep orders are insomnia, sleep apnea, sleep related eating disorder, sleepwalking disorder or even night eating syndrome. They affect your sleep by interrupting your sleep with each one’s symptom. For me, I used to have sleepwalking disorder, I used to get up at night, open the door and walk around the neighborhood, my parents didn’t find out until they quarterly checked the security camera. Turns out, I woke up nearly every night then and did that, my parents totally freaked out and seeked help for me, and I was told that I had too much stress to handle as a 14 years old boy. All the stress from the up coming test to go to high school then really made me stressed and finally got me sleepwalking disorder. It’s really dangerous because you won’t be able to control yourself and maybe do something incredibly dangerous unconsciously. My parents got me into therapy and brought me to shrinks, that is the last time I’m ever forced to study like a stereotype
