Today teens are spending a lot of time on the phones, too much time on your cell phone can cause problems with your health, sleep, or social abilities. Teens are showing to be moody and enclosed to themselves from being trapped in the world on their phone. If teens want to be healthy and active they need to spend less time on their phones and more time with their surroundings. Spending to much time on phones are getting more stressed out and have anxiety issue. There so attached to their phones that they are struggling to be social with their peers. There having a harder time focusing on their school work because they are under the stress of checking their phone. Depression could slowly start to show because if you keep to yourself all the time and not interact with other people and always get worked up what people say on the internet. There showing to become angry faster or not having any patients because they didn’t get sleep to have the energy they need every day. Teens are on there phones about nine hours daily, probably even more. A young adolescent is supposed to get at least eight full hours of sleep to be fully rested for the next day. There sleep amount show on there life performances. Like if your always on your phone all throughout the day you don’t get important things done.
