The word genius is what a student wishes to be complemented with from their teachers; what an employee waits to hear from his superiors. So what are geniuses? They are people of remarkable talent or intelligence. With that being said, it only leaves us to question what qualities or traits do geniuses have?
One of the qualities geniuses possess that distinguishes them from ordinary people is the ability to wholeheartedly believe. Their thoughts are their ultimate obsession; their ideas are what they solely live for. Most people are deceived that geniuses are born rather than made. In fact, what makes a genius out of anyone is the ability to give everything for their project. This creates the drive to work relentlessly, innovatively, and drives

The couple has made great achievements that are worth recognition. Now let’s analyze their conversation with Chris Anderson.
Cohesion:
In the beginning the couple appeared to have a marvelous flow of ideas. Starting with their trip to Africa , how they thought about helping the poor and establishing their organization to actually implementing it when they started giving examples about their work in different causes They also maintained the flow of ideas when they were talking about the collaboration between them to maintain the organization and a bit of flavor was added when they mentioned what the experience had taught them, all of this was done in great sequence. On the one hand they drifted off the topic when they were talking about their plans for their kids’ future.
Coherence:
The talk went on from the main headline; the Gates are willing to offer their Microsoft wealth back to the society to the different subheadings that went under that. It was nicely interlinked for the listener not to lose track of what they are saying, plus they added some images to enable us to relate more. To me, genius is finding your base as an artist, then bringing and accepting the world around you, then finally using what the world gives you to your own advantage with your base as an artist in mind. Looking back through out history of all art, all geniuses do this which sets them apart from everyone else. Their impact, whether it’s negative or positive, will have a huge impact and change the course of their art form. For the Latin community, this impact sometimes came with a invigorating piano introduction, a drum rhythm that hit you and hooked you from the start and kept you through out the song. This was the genius of “mambo king”, Tito Puente.…

Gregor Mendel was a scientist from Moravia who became famous for founding the science of genetics. He worked with cross breeding pea plants, focusing on several different characteristics. When he found that breeding a green and yellow pea plant, always turned out with yellow colored offspring, he ended up making the terms "dominant" and "recessive". Sadly, Mendel's work wasn't found important until decades later in the 20th century, but the things he discovered are still important to us today. There are plenty of different qualities that make a good scientist, but some are more important than others.…

The world is a vast place, filled with numerous individuals, all characterized by unique qualities. John Stuart Mill, a 19th century writer, philosopher, and businessman who placed great importance on those who find and offer new ideas, theorized that the two primary qualities in life were originality and genius. An original person is one who is independent of all others and is unique in all that they do, and someone who displays genius is unusually intelligent and creative. In “Genius and Originality”, Mill suggests that these qualities are indispensable in society since they prevent life and knowledge from becoming static, and without them, society cannot progress. He proposes that conformity is preventing genius and originality from flourishing, while freedom allows them to thrive.…

Every person has the tools for brilliance but it is whether they have the drive to pursue it. When you think of brilliance you think of someone like Albert Einstein or Leonardo Da Vinci. These people started out the same as you and I but they found what they were good at and put in the time and effort to make changes in the world. The reason every person possesses brilliance is because we all make a change in the world each day, just not on the same scale as others, which is why brilliance is so rarely used. Griffith and Dunham identify the four characteristics of creative people as, "knowledgeable, intrinsically motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to take risk"Â (Griffith & Dunham, 2015). I consider each of these characteristics to be equally important in the formation of a particular creative person. Being "knowledgeable" is having the passion to learn and understand. I consider Benjamin Franklin to be a knowledgeable person who was a creative thinker. Benjamin Franklin did not have a college degree and all his family“…ceased his formal education at the age of 11 due to a lack of family funds” (Benton, 2013).…
