What we as a nation failed to realize that this is all a cause and effect of the 1800 's. Blacks have morphed into something that few view as a lesser class. Blacks have undergone the effects of slavery, but they opened their eyes to a new generation where segregation is common among many. Many fear these colored people because of their history, but that is no excuse for the behavioral accountancies of our actions. Throughout the course of the 21st century, blacks have encountered racism then meets the human mind. The fact that many people view them as inferior, their attitude is changed towards them. For example, when a manager of the white origin is trying to get people to work for him, but he sees this African American who is looking for work, he stops and tries to avoid the subject of hiring employees. This is an act of racism and inequality. Is it not true that nearly half the Consitution is about the rights of the people? The Equal Rights policy declares that a man cannot decide whether somebody becomes accepted to a job based on skin or race. This act of the manager acted out of selfish ambition to ensure that he does not become a part of the workforce. I personally believe that this was the fault of the history of the
