Slang in the twenties was partially a few words long.The phrases can describes how something is,people,buildings and structures and etc.. Phrases such as the Bee’s knees, which means a extraordinary person,thing or idea.As in a sentence it we be used as this.The new iphone is the bee’s knees of the year. A drugstore cowboy was a guy that hung around the corner store picking up girls.Basically it was some random guy using the store as a temporary place to hang out for he can get girls. Cheaters was glasses you wear to see. So it was just normal glasses and they probably called them cheaters because it wasn’t people’s natural eyesight , and it enhanced people’s
